14-day refunds
Every Made by Charan product is a digital download. If a product isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask for a refund
Reply to your receipt email, or write to [email protected] with the email address you used to buy and the product name. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
After a refund
Once a purchase is refunded, its download link and any license key (for example for an invitation collection) stop working.
Subscriptions and cancellations
We don't sell subscriptions. Every product is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
Problems with a file
If a file won't open, prints badly or is missing pages, email us first. We'll usually fix it or send the right file the same week, and you can still choose a refund within the 14 days.
